Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping to Australian addresses typically takes 7–20 business days, as items are fulfilled through our international supply partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

• Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 7–14 business days
• Regional and rural areas: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. The exact cost will be displayed before you confirm payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update in the system.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped from overseas suppliers may be subject to GST under Australia’s low-value imported goods rules (orders over AUD $1,000 may attract additional duties). Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.
