Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping to Australian addresses typically takes 7–20 business days, as items are fulfilled through our international supply partners.

• Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 7–14 business days
• Regional and rural areas: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Track your order on our Track Your Order page. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped from overseas may be subject to GST under Australia's low-value imported goods rules. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier disruptions. We will notify you if a significant delay affects your order.
